_{We require a $50 deposit for booking facials and 50% for all other services You will receive a 48 hours email and or text reminder from our booking system, Booker, and it uses the area code of where your phone number originates from.  Please check your spam for initial emails. We require that you give a minimum 48 hours notice in the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any appointment can be cancelled up until 48 hours prior and if applicable, 100% of your deposit will be refunded at the time of cancellation. In the event you need to cancel your appointment after 48 hours and up to 24 hours before, your deposit will be  non-refundable. For less than 24 hours or same-day cancellations, you will be charged 50% of your service, minus the deposit. If applicable, no future appointments can be scheduled without the payment of this fee. Additionally, if you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment, we will consider this a missed appointment and the charge of your FULL total services will be applied. If you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment, we reserve the right to remove parts of the service to accommodate or cancel the appointment entirely and apply the FULL charge of your total services.
